Your personal data is processed by Sağlam Tuz based on the following legal reasons specified in Article 5 of the KVKK for achieving the purposes explained above:

• Mandatory for the data controller to fulfill a legal obligation,
• Necessary for the establishment, use, or protection of a right,
• Processing data is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person.

4) Do We Transfer Your Personal Data to Third Parties?

1. Personal data of our visitors may be shared with law enforcement and judicial authorities for resolving legal disputes and as required by relevant legislation.

2. Personal data of our online visitors may be shared with judicial authorities and authorized public institutions and organizations for resolving legal disputes and as required by relevant legislation.

3. Personal data of our customers may be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations for use as evidence in future legal disputes, to the company providing hotel program support, to healthcare institutions for emergency interventions, and to corporate social media accounts with servers located abroad for conducting advertising and campaign activities based on their explicit consent.

Personal data of our supplier representatives may be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations within the scope of legal regulations for conducting activities in accordance with the legislation, tracking and managing legal matters, and conducting/monitoring business activities; to cargo companies, banks, and financial advisors as necessary for the proper execution of services; and to our legal service provider and judicial authorities for use as evidence in future legal disputes.

5) Do We Transfer Your Personal Data Abroad?
Personal data of our customers, including photos and video footage, may be transferred to corporate social media accounts with servers located abroad based on their explicit consent.

You can submit your requests under Article 11 of the KVKK, which regulates the rights of individuals, to Erkay Organizasyon Peyz. Tur. Nak. Gıda İnş. Taah. San. Ve Tic.
